Our family had a clean room, perfect for resting after a long day. The nearby park was a great bonus for the kids, making memories they won't forget.

However, the 'breakfast included' was misleading. Prepackaged pastries and no coffee left us disappointed. The bathrooms could also use some attention.

I had a nice stay and appreciated the comfortable bed. On the second day, my key card stopped working. When I mentioned it at the front desk, they made me a new one without checking my name or ID. It made me feel a bit uneasy about security. Being a single traveler, I value safety during my stays.

The room felt pretty dirty and had a musty smell. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had mold on it. There was a weird vibe, especially with the key card situation where they didn't even ask who I was. The only good thing was the bed was decent enough to sleep on, but that's kind of it.

This place was just a good match for a short-term stay in Ooltewah with good value for cost. The only thing that looked fairly clean were the bed sheets.
